What is Trybus Connect?
Trybus Connect is our eProcurement service that links your purchasing system directly to Trybus. Your team shops a curated catalog, orders electronically, and receives electronic invoices — all inside the tools you already use, with full visibility carried through to Trybus Hub.
What's the difference between a PunchOut catalog and a hosted catalog?
A hosted catalog is a product-and-price file loaded into your procurement system — simple, but a snapshot you refresh periodically. A PunchOut catalog launches the live Trybus catalog from inside your system, with real-time pricing and availability, then returns the cart to your system for approval. PunchOut stays current automatically and can be far deeper.
What is eProcurement?
eProcurement is buying goods and services electronically through integrated systems — replacing manual purchase orders and email with automated catalogs, electronic ordering, and electronic invoicing. It speeds up purchasing, reduces errors, and gives you better control over spend.
Which procurement systems and ERPs does Trybus Connect work with?
Trybus Connect supports PunchOut and API connections and integrates with most major ERP and procurement platforms. We map to your environment rather than forcing a change — no rip-and-replace.
How long does it take to set up?
Most integrations go live within a few weeks, depending on your platform and the scope of your catalog. A short discovery call lets us scope the right approach and timeline for you.
Who handles the ERP setup?
Trybus provides your catalog, PunchOut endpoint, and credentials, and we walk your team through it. The configuration inside your procurement or ERP system is completed on your side by your admin (or IT partner) — it’s usually quick, and we’re on the call to help.
Is there a cost to use Trybus Connect?
