The work here is multi-site infrastructure: networks, calling and contact center platforms, security controls and the cloud environments behind them. Most of our clients already have an IT team, so we are brought in for the projects that need a deeper bench for a defined period, for platforms their staff does not touch often enough to stay fluent in, and for cutovers that run outside business hours. If you want to take a design through to the night it goes live and then hand it over cleanly, that is the job.
How the Team Works
Engineers here follow their own designs through delivery rather than handing a document to somebody else to build. Every project runs with a named engineer and a named project manager, and the client has both. The technology spans collaboration and contact center, networking and connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, governance risk and compliance, and the digital workplace, so people here tend to hold certifications in more than one of them. Early in this or twenty years into it, the constant is the same: you explain your work to the people who will have to run it after you leave the site.
