A solution design is the document a project is judged against. It records what exists today, what the organization needs it to do, and the specific path between the two — including the constraints that rule options out. Our engineers write designs that survive contact with procurement, security review and the implementation team. *What a design engagement covers:*

- **Current State Assessment:** A documented inventory of what is actually deployed — platforms, versions, licensing, integrations and the dependencies nobody wrote down.
- **Requirements & Constraints:** Capacity, availability, regulatory and budget requirements captured before any product is named, so the design is driven by need rather than by catalog.
- **High-Level Design:** The target architecture, the options considered, and a written rationale for the option chosen — the document your leadership approves.
- **Low-Level Design:** Addressing, routing, dial plan, security policy, licensing and configuration detail at the level an engineer can build from without interpretation.

Design work starts by establishing what is actually running, which is rarely what the documentation says. Our engineers work alongside the people who operate the environment day to day, pull configuration from the live systems, and record the exceptions and workarounds that have accumulated over the years. Those exceptions are usually where a migration goes wrong, so they are treated as design inputs rather than surprises.
