## Who We Are

Trybus Solutions is a technology integrator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, working with organizations across the United States. The work falls into two lines. The first is technology procurement: hardware, software and licensing supplied with the engineering advice attached, with ordering that can run inside a customer’s own purchasing system through Trybus Connect. The second is professional and managed services: designing, building, migrating and supporting the environments that equipment goes into, across networking and connectivity, collaboration and contact center, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, governance risk and compliance, and the devices people work on every day.

Most of the organizations we work with already have an IT team. They bring us in for the work that needs a deeper bench for a defined period, for the platforms their own staff does not touch often enough to stay fluent in, and for the cutovers that have to run outside business hours.

## What We Are Here For

The aim is narrow and we prefer it that way. We want to be the firm an IT director calls when the work is larger than the team’s spare capacity, when the platform is one they touch twice a year, or when the cutover has to happen at two in the morning. In practice that means telling you what a change actually involves before you commit to it, working inside the windows you can give us, and handing back an environment your own people can run.

## Our Team and Expertise

Our engineers, project managers and consultants hold current certifications across the platforms we deploy and support. Certification is maintained on a schedule rather than earned once, because these platforms change on the manufacturers’ release cycles and not on ours. Our leadership team has spent its careers in this work and stays involved in the engagements, not only in the sales conversation.

## How We Approach Customer Experience

Customer experience work starts with what happens to a call today: where it lands, who answers it, what they can see when they do, and what happens when nobody picks up. We map that before proposing a platform, because most of the frustration in a contact center turns out to be routing and reporting rather than the software underneath. Where automation or analytics earns its place we will say where, and where it would add a layer nobody has time to maintain, we will say that too.

- Voice, video, meetings and messaging consolidated onto one platform, usually to retire a system that is out of support or a stack of tools nobody chose together.
- Networks refreshed and cloud environments built or migrated to, in stages, around the change windows a business can actually give up.
- Security controls implemented and evidenced against the framework a contract, a regulator or a customer has already imposed.
- Contact center routing and reporting rebuilt so supervisors can see what is happening while it is still happening.
